Things I want to be reminded of:

When you feel unmotivated, don't stop to rest and wait for energy to return. Instead, read articles, review your notes, or watch inspiring videos. These small actions can reignite your motivation and help you get back on track.

The brain gets more dopamine from planning than doing. That's why people have multiple ideas but zero implementations.

Notice what you link pleasure to. Notice what you link pain to.

Goals are for people who care about winning once. Systems are for people who care about winning repeatedly.

Excellence doesn't come naturally, it is built through practice.

Doing the thing is the only thing. Planning, scheduling, dreaming, and hating yourself for not starting—that's all just noise. You can’t think or talk your way into results. The only way to move the needle is to actually sit down and do the work.

Reframe the Effort. Laziness is just a trap where you fixate on the struggle instead of the reward. We survive as a species because we focus on the "baby," not the labor. Stop counting the hours of effort and start obsessing over the outcome. If the goal is clear and the "delicious food" is worth it, the friction of getting there stops mattering.
